SHINee at Korea-Indonesia Friendship Festival 2010 Press Conference

I’m Karen as admin of Koreanupdates. I’ll just do a brief report from Korean Week Press Conference this time. So this Press Conference was held at 6pm tonight at Ritz Carlton Hotel, Kuningan Jakarta. I arrived at hotel about half past 5 and I saw many Shawols were already waiting there. Most of them are high school students but bcoz very tight security, I guessed they couldnt come in.

After I passed the security guard, I went to press conference hall directly. After waiting about 30 minutes, the PC was started by a lady with a brief speech (I guess she is the Korea embassy). Then Naomi and Go Yun Jop entered the hall. Not long after that, the stars tonight, SHINee also entered the hall. Everyone was so excited and went forward the stage. The situation was almost uncontrolable so the MC let us to take pics by photo session.

Onew opened a speech about Korean-Indonesian relationship. He hoped the relationship could get better and so on. After that press may ask 3 questions. the 2 first questions only asked about what SHINee’s feeling for their arrival to Indonesia and about holding mini concert tomorrow. And of course they felt excited. The last question about what songs will they sing tomorrow. Onew answered “It’s Lucifer, Ring Ding Dong and our newest song, Hello” (in Korean).

Son Ho Young (who came late) greeted everybody and said sorry with his warm smile. Then questions were asked toward Son Ho Young, Gu Yon Jup and Naomi about (again) what songs will they bring tomorrow. Son Ho Young answered he will sing his old songs. Gu Yon Jup will sing his new songs and Naomi about to sing a song with Gita Gutawa (a teenager singer from Indonesia).

Then again with photo session until everyone was satisfied and the PC was over.

For myself, this is a very very great chance to bring this up for u guys. I’m so happy that u’r excited as well. Seemed like SHINee was so tired after 6-hour flight from Seoul to Jakarta. And I’ve uploaded bunch of pics on our facebook account so keep refreshing ur page, lovers. Hope u enjoy and keep supporting us till the next korean event!
